I decided to migrate here. Sick of blogger. So problematic.
Anyway, I’m back from Taiwan (:
Day 1 – 1st April
Woke up early and set off to Airport terminal 3. Terminal 3 isn’t that crowded as I thought it would be.
makes me think of the song – Empty. It’s empty … lols. Next, went to get our air tickets.
While waiting, we began to take photos of this and that.
Then on plane. Woo, I’ve got the window seat.
It took around four hours plus to reach Taiwan’s airport. It was already six plus by then. Took our luggages and went to take the bus that brought us to Rainbow hotel. 陈老板 then brought us to I don’t know where for dinner. W’e've been eating from morning to night for that particular day. Damn bloated. After dinner, we went back to 西门町. The shops there are all closing so we walked around that area to familarise the place.
The temperature is around 14 degrees. Makes my bed so comfy. There are hundred over channels unlike Singapore. =.=
Day 2 – 2nd April
First stop was Longshan Temple. Went there to pray for blessings.
After that, went to our first shopping centre to shop – Breeze Center
We were too early, so we went to eat Mister Donut (:
Went shopping after that. Oh, we found out that the chairs inside the center is so cute lah. So we imitated their faces. -.-
Our next destination was Pacific SOGO Department Store. Well, it was indeed very big and tall. If I not wrong, there are 12 floors? But nothing much to buy.
Actually wanted to visit the Ding Hao Zhou Bian Zhongxiao & drink 橘子泡泡 but cannot find. Quite sad. My legs were already very tired by then because THERE ARE SO MANY STAIRCASE IN TAIWAN! I’m sure Taiwan people are very healthy.
Around evening, 陈老板 came and treated us dinner again at don’t know where. The Taiwan porridge was great and I ate 6 bowls. oops. Then after dinner, his workers brought us to The Milk King to drink Papaya MilkTea. I was rather bloated. Since it was still early, we went to 西门町 and look around. Hoho! All of us had already eyed on the shirts we want (: While shopping, hungry again. I wanted to try 臭豆腐 so we went to buy. Eh, actually it really stinks! but it was nice! After that, we went to eat 阿综面线. There’s alot of people eating so we have to wait for quite some time.
ohya! There’s this I think is mascot of 西门町 which was really cute? so I snapped a picture of it.
The weather was rather cold and the crazy Kat still wanna eat the 15cm or 20cm (I can’t remember) ice-cream!
Eunice see already give that face. HAHAS! (oops! I promised her that I will delete this picture =p) Actually planned to go Wu Fen Pu but our plan was kinda screwed by 车老板 so it was dropped.
Day 3 – 3rd April
Headed the 台北车站地下街
As usual, we are too early. So we have another breakfast at Mr.Brown.
Since it was still early, we went to have some arcade. lols! It was really cheap so we played many rounds of basketball. (images all in Eunice’s camera) After that, Kat went to search for Melody for her sister and she bought a Melody towel for her. And that’s when Eunice know 帅帅. =S
While walking around, I was shocked by this!

Okay, next was Taipei Area 小巨蛋. 棒棒堂 just had their concert there few months back (: It was quite a long journey to travel there. Anyway, it is really very very huge! No wonder it is said that it is an honour for any taiwan artists to have their concert there.
We thought we could enter the stage but cannot ): So we saw a shopping centre across 小巨蛋 so we went to check it out.
Well, I saw one shirt which I like but it cost around 200SGD and I left the shop quietly. lols. Our legs cannot stand it anymore so we rest at McDonald. And guess what I find out?

Around evening, we went Miramar. The place with the Ferries Wheel that alot Taiwan dramas filmed there before! So we wanted to have a ride BUT BUT BUT.. It was under maintenance. LIKE HELL ):
The things in the shopping centres there were too expensive. So it was kinda boring to shop there.
Headed to 市林 but not there to shop yet. That’s what out itinery says (: So we headed to MODERN TOILET 便所主题餐厅 FOR DINNER! It is a REALLY REALLY COOL PLACE I MUST SAY!
WOW! the chair is toilet bowl.There are many other designs but people sitting. The table is made up of basins.
Nice eh. Food in toilet bowl. lols. It looks nicer after everything is finish =X

Since we spent more than NT$600, we were to play a mini game and we won a shitz sweet. (: We pay another NT$50 (if i’m not wrong) for a urinal.

Anyway, before leaving, we wrote a card for them and that’s what we wrote.

Okay, that’s the end of Day 3. I bet you all have enough of all the shitz stuff xD !
Day 4 – 4th April
I can’t remember where we went except two places.

So it looks quite interesting inside so we entered.
Nonsense la. See she stand until so steady like pro right? I support her can? When I tried to stand and she tried to support me, I almost fall. lols. But not uploading my ugly pic (:
After exploring the whole place, we went to eat. Eh, I think that the food there are quite nice especially the dessert. (: We ended up spending two hours there.
Went 老街. We bought 3tickets then we took a boat ride to 渔人码头.
Guess what’s next? Eat again! Look at the stall’s name: 豪大大鸡排 Sounds so wrong =x
On the way back, take pictures again. -.-
Back at 老街, Kat went for the paper-face-cutting?
Ohya, we bought lots of food there and some food to bring back home. Okay, so we bought too many until the person must packed into 2boxes. Worst still, we went 市林夜市. Holy shitZ! There’s tonnes of people there and it was damn difficult to move around, WITH THE 2 BOXES. Went to queue for the CHUA 冰. It is very different from other Ice Kachang you can find around. Must try if you ever go Taiwan!

Went to shop for clothes of course. Bought some shirts there (: Then there shop owner saw we carry so many things then allow us to put our boxes in their shop while we go shopping. Cool lah Taiwan people! We bought food like 鸡蛋糕, 葱油饼, 鸡排 back to hotel for supper.
Day 5 – 5th April
Aw man! Just a blink of an eye, it already the 5th day in Taiwan and tomorrow flying back to Singapore ): So we did not waste any little precious time. Basically, we went these places in the morning:
Managed to but something (: Next headed to Taipei 101
The stalls there all sell branded stuff so it was way to expensive to purchase any nice things there. Well, at least we could go to the 89th to 91th floor (: We too ka super cool lift which only takes 37seconds to reach 89th floor. How fast is that!
Okay so we stayed there like 2 hours. Quite an interesting & scenic place to be. But lols, I’m abit scared of height =/ JUST KIDDING! Took many pictures but I’m way too lazy to post it.
Lastly, went to Eslite
Day 6 – 6th April
Hmmm, nothing much can been done on that day since the bus is like fetching us to airport around 3.25pm. Okay, the weather had a sudden change and it was around 30degrees but Taiwan people still wear jacket out. So we went for a singing session (:
It was already very packed in the morning so we have to wait. While waiting, we do not have to worry if we did not hear our name being called or whatsoever cos we have this gadget.
this thing here will vibrate & a music will be played to inform us to head to the counter to register for a room. cool stuff eh.
The room & equipment of the PARTYWORLD is really WOW unlike Singapore’s KBOX or PARTYWORLD. It is all computerised. You can adjust the volume, room temperature etc using the computer, or the controls at the walls. There’s even a toilet in the room! WOWOWOW!
Well, time just fly and it was almost time to leave.
Left Taiwan sadly and took another 4hours back to Singapore. ):
Wah, if have the chance, I want to go Taiwan again la! Maybe not Taipei again next time.
